This page explains what data is processed when you visit morflare.com, why, and what your rights are. The site is operated by Morflare (Fatih Arı), the data controller for this policy; contact: destek@morflare.com.

Summary

  • The site has no accounts, forms, comments or newsletter. If you email us, your address and message are processed only to reply.
  • Visit statistics are collected without cookies and in aggregate; they do not identify you.

Data we process and why

1. Server access logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. For each request, technical details such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time are processed by Cloudflare for security (attack prevention, rate limiting) and troubleshooting. This is necessary to serve the site safely (legitimate interest). Retention is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

2. Visit statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages are read and how fast they load. It adds a small measurement script to the page; according to Cloudflare it sets no cookies, places no identifier on your device and reports data only in aggregate. No personal profile is built.

3. Browser preference

Your light/dark theme choice is kept in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to the server and disappears when you clear your browser data.

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

To cover the site's costs, Google AdSense ads may be displayed. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalised ads, which can include interest estimates based on your previous visits.

  • Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown Google's consent dialog before any advertising cookies are used; you can decline personalised ads. Where the dialog is shown, you can reopen it and change your choice via the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the page.
  • In other regions (including Turkey) ads are shown without a consent dialog. You can block advertising cookies in your browser settings and turn off personalisation via the Google link below.

  • You can also block third-party advertising cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working either way.

5. External links

Source links in posts lead to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

6. Email contact

When you email us, your address and the content of your message are processed only to reply and resolve your request; they are not used for anything else or shared with third parties.

Sharing and transfers

Your data is never sold. The service providers named above (Cloudflare, Google) process data under their own privacy policies: Cloudflare, Google. Their servers may be located outside your country; transfers take place under each provider's own data processing terms and security commitments.

Retention

Server log retention is set by Cloudflare and advertising cookie lifetimes by Google; both are described in their policies. Statistics are stored in aggregate and cannot be linked to a person. Email correspondence is kept until your request is resolved and for a reasonable follow-up period; you can ask for it to be deleted.

Your rights

Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, if you visit from Europe, the GDPR, you have the right to learn which of your data is processed, to request correction or deletion, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Children

This is a general-audience publication; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

When this policy changes, the effective date is updated. Significant changes are announced on the site.
